As a result, I understand the many subtle differences between the states’ laws and how a legal case in one state might play out if you live in the other.
Before founding Matt Duggan Law, I served as a prosecutor for Spokane County and an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington. In my 30 years of experience, I have tried more than 150 cases in courts throughout the Pacific Northwest.
